    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support this, again, because when you put into consideration the counties, many of them like Marsabit County or others have been left behind in terms of development and growth. However, when this will be implemented, some of our counties will get the opportunity to have people who can be invited, partnered with and we will also be able to grow. It will also give us the opportunity as a country to be more innovative and creative and to come up with projects that can help us grow."
