    "content": "(a) The DO1, Mwea, Mr. E.S. Mulepu, P/No.2003043390 was transferred to the Rift Valley Province on February 2009 to facilitate peace and reconciliation efforts in areas which had been affected by the post-election violence. While in the Rift Valley, the DO served in Kericho District, Belgut and Sosiot divisions in Bomet District where he also acted as the DO1. After normalcy returned to the region, the DO, among other Dos, was transferred back to Central Province."
