    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I think that these projects are good for the country. It will enable us to have projects like roads and infrastructure development. It will enable us to bring in competition in the power sector, where right now, the monopoly is with the Kenya Power (KP). We have to be very careful that for any project we do, there capacity to understand the veracity of the project, its viability and it will not end up being a big risk to the public."
