"content": "”. We are here today including you Hon. Speaker and were it not for a teacher, you could not be seated in that coveted seat. Therefore, we salute our teachers. When it comes to Trans Nzoia County, we have lagged behind in many aspects but when it comes to education matters, we shine because of the teachers. I want to salute them and recognise TSC, Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), KNUT, Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET), Kenya Primary Schools Head Teachers Association (KEPSHA) and Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association (KESSHA) for the wholistic role they have played in improving the education standards in this country.
