    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for this opportunity. I also join my colleagues and the rest of the people in the world in celebrating the World Teachers Day. As I have always said and believed, after a parent the most important person in a child’s life is a teacher. I stand here today, to sincerely thank and celebrate my teachers who taught me at Bujwang’a Primary School from 1978 to 1985, those who took me through Starehe Boys Centre and School from 1986 to 1989 and definitely those who took me through the three degrees at the University of Nairobi.This is because a teacher is a teacher whether at primary school or at the university. We are all teachers who teach as we go along."
