"content": "told that they are part of your team? How do you appoint a doctor to sit on the board of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and deliberate on matters pertaining to the LSK? It does not happen like that. I am a Member of the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board and the Kenya Medical Association. These are professional Associations that we sit on to do professional development. When we have continuous medical education, how would you want to have someone who is not part of you to be in the governing council? It does not work like that! I just want to stand with what Hon. Kaluma is saying. We will ask you to give a ruling on the constitutionality of the issue of public participation, but if it fails, then we will have it debated on the Second Reading and we kill it from there.
