Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, clause 14 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new clause 29A– (a) by deleting the proviso appearing in subsection (1); (b) by inserting the words “within fourteen days after receipt of the application” at the end of subsection (3). This is to set timelines within which the tribunal can set aside or vary an order, at 14 days. I beg to move."
