It states: “What are the physical conditions of the boats and whether the boats are sill performing satisfactorily? The Assistant Minister has admitted to this House that he does not have an updated certificate from the Kenya Maritime Authority to show that these boats are operational. Will I be in order to request you to direct him to go and bring a satisfactory answer to this House without wasting the time of this House?"
