    "content": "We have realised that MCAs who have stood firm have gone very far to ensure resources sent to their respective counties are prudently managed and people get value for their money. On the ground, we found that labour issues are bedeviling our counties and encouraged our MCAs to address them. However, if they are unable to do so, they can seek the Senate to intervene, so that we address some of those issues."
