All these constitutional offices with security of tenure should be ending up in Senate for the reminder of the life of that Senate. Today we would be benefiting by having former Chief Justice, Hon. Maraga sitting in this Senate in an honorary and advisory capacity. I hope that if we are going to have the BBI version two, these are some of the ideas we will inject into it to strengthen the Senate and the linkages between the Executive and the Legislature."
