    "content": "Order! The Standing Orders are very clear on the same. The Standing Orders compel the Ministers to answer Questions and Members to ask Questions once they appear on the Order Paper. Under the circumstances, the Minister for Agriculture is not going to transact any business in this House before he gives a satisfactory answer as to why neither he nor his Assistant Minister are here today to answer this Question. This is in line with our own Standing Orders that have come into force."
