    "content": "It was eventually implemented and expanded to help the vulnerable and persons with disabilities so that they can eke a living. However, it is unfortunate that as we speak, the rightful beneficiaries of this programme are not getting the money because it is being misused. So, there is need for investigation to be done to establish why there is transfer to Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB). There is also need to have countrywide investigations to find out whether the Inua Jamii Cash Transfer Programme is benefiting the intended beneficiaries so that any form of mismanagement can be corrected to ensure that the Government initiative is implemented efficiently. I support this Statement."
