    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am looking at Standing Order No.46 that talks about Statement hour, when it starts and ends. I know that you are always considerate and indulgent when Members bring Statements. The Statements that have been read out are important and we would like to contribute to them. However, there is a notice of Motion by Sen. Dullo which is also extremely important. There is also the Health (Amendment) Bill by Sen. (Dr.) Ali, who hopes that the Mover will be called to respond today. So, I request that notwithstanding Standing Order No.46, you truncate debate or comments on the Statements that shall follow."
