    "content": "It is unfortunate and points out the stigma even at such high levels as the resident Ministry that is supposed to generate policy on how to improve the welfare and salvage this situation in our country. We celebrate our colleague. I only hope Sen. Kasanga can move on beyond the brilliant work she has been able to do and perhaps start a cause that will reach out to friends in this House and people in the corporate world of trying to put up a more decent and modern mental health hospital that can be used as a referral because this is a national crisis. People across all spheres of professional work, young and old are falling victim to the challenges of life and becoming mentally ill. There is need for another hospital. Sen. Kasanga, you can engage those who are experts in resource mobilization so that we see if this is something. I believe it is doable. Congratulations."
