    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support that Petition but want to seek that we have an approach in terms of policy on two issues. One is the issue of court orders. As the Committee investigates, let the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning jointly come up with a policy on how to pay court orders which are already pending before various ministries. Also, let the issue of pending bills be a policy. Let us also have a document to suggest how we are going to pay all pending bills.
