I have listened to the observations and contributions by Members in respect of the manner in which the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock is presenting his amendments and I think it is important for us to recognise the fact that the Committee of the whole House is the time when every clause, as part of legislation, is scrutinised. In other words, it is time for scrutinising everything. So, let us not hurry. I am the sponsor of this Bill and would like you to recognise that, so that when I place an intervention, I should get a chance. Let us allow the Chair to take Members thorough the amendments slowly. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I agree with you, that everybody should be on board so that we do not make mistakes, but a good law."
