    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I wish to support the bulk of these amendments, because one of the things that we have faced is a crisis in the sugar sub-sector. Farmers have been suffering. With these levies, we see a focus not just on the producer, but the farmers as well, through farm improvements, farm inputs, farm operations and price stabilisation. This is welcome. It is a very good amendment. I support."
