I support this very important amendment because, most times, when auditors go to audit the mismanagement of such funds, if they have been given leeway to invest elsewhere, they will speak a lot of “English” regarding where that money has gone. The amendment will ensure that those funds only go to the intended purpose of developing the sugar sector in this country. I support the amendment."
