    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, clause 29 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (3)— (a) in paragraph (c) by inserting the words “in consultation with stakeholders,” immediately after the words “agricultural produce”; (b) in paragraph (e) by deleting the word “impose” appearing after the words “to the Board to” and substituting therefor the word “enforce”; and, (c) in paragraph (f) by deleting the word “imposition” appearing at the beginning of the paragraph and substituting therefor the word “enforcement”. Please give me time to look for the justification. I cannot see it here. There must be a mix- up somewhere. Or we can come back to it."
