    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. This amendment is touching on very important clauses in this Bill. They are to do with agreements even to do with pricing. They are not just amendments that we want to brush about or that are not well thought out. First, it takes away the need to ensure that the Board consults; that it is given power to act without consulting. I think this is what is not coming out clearly. So, given the importance of this Bill, I thought there would have been consultations also, but because of the need to ensure compliance and to ensure that farmers benefit where a decision that favours farmers is taken, I support this amendment."
