Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 30 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the marginal note and substituting therefore with the following— “Rights of growers in a privatised company” (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “milling” appearing after the words “directors of” and substituting therefor the words “privatised company.” This is to ensure that the rights of the growers are safeguarded where a public milling company is privatised. Thank you."
