I must have a controlling shareholding of at least 51 per cent to even control the directorship. In this case, this is not privatisation. We need to be careful not to defeat the whole purpose of privatisation, especially given the fact that the Government has failed to effectively run those sugar mills. It is a fact that the Government has failed. So, if we are going to privatise them, we might be shooting ourselves in the foot with this kind of amendment."
