    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. Just for the Members to know, I wanted to explain that initially, the tribunal was established under the miscellaneous part of the Bill. When the Committee was looking into this thing, through our own wisdom as Members, we thought it will be better to establish a substantive Part IV(A) which is establishment of the tribunal. However, if Members feel agitated on that, we can still recommit and then we will deal with it."
