    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chair. Indeed, I am the one who brought this amendment. Unfortunately, my name does not feature anywhere. I agree that when we looked at the period, even after the enactment of this Bill, there will be that period of identifying the board members. There will be elections and other things. It will take some time. That is why we agreed in the winnowing meeting that we change it to 12 months so that we allow for proper identification of board members who will help in coming up with the regulations. Therefore, we agreed 12 months after the enactment of this Act."
