The grapevine is not very kind to us, the leadership of this House, and they are not going to be kind if we do not listen to them. I am specifically speaking to my colleague on the majority side, Sen. Wamatangi. Let us have consensus because without consensus, we are going to be reported in the Press continuously. On the second issue, we have whispered to some of the Committee Members, and I think it is wise to bring to your attention that on the Equalization Fund, part of the things that we would like to discuss is that the Members of that Committee have done so much work on the Equalization Fund. However, we think that the regulations should have come here because we passed a Bill. Those are some of the issues that we would like to be sorted. The court has been very clear about the Equalization Fund. We should not throw the baby with the water. We should have an informal discussion to find solutions."
