    "content": "It is my strong belief that the amendments will assist the State to meet its obligations, to ensure the right to the highest attainable standards of the health professionals. The health professionals have come to the Senate and the National Assembly Committees on Health several times. They have even tried to involve the Ministry of Health several times, but these things have not been successful. If the Advisory Council would advise the national and county governments to work together, then we will be able to solve these issues."
