    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 4− Amendment of 4A. Section 6 of the principal Act is amended in paragraph (a) section 6 of No. 9 by deleting the word “Minister” appearing in the proviso and substituting of 1998. therefore the words “Cabinet Secretary”. That is just for cleaning up. I beg to move."
