Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 22 – Amendment of Section 31 of No.9 of 1998 22A. Section 31 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (1) by deleting the word “Minister” and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. Again, it is what the Hon. Members had raised. It is just the issue about the terms “Cabinet Secretary” and “Minister”."
