    "content": " Not really. If you look at my amendment, it has clearly spelt out what needs to be done. However, Sabina's amendment is talking about the accounts being prepared in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act and the Public Audit Act of 2015. My amendment spelt out what needs to be done, which is basically the same thing. This is just uplifting the PFM Act and the Public Audit Act. Therefore, once we pass this, even my amendment will fall. I support the amendment because it is in line with the provisions of our Constitution and the Public Audit Act, 2015."
