    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this is to say that despite any other written law, the assets of the fund shall not be liable to attachment under any process of law. This amendment seeks to cushion the access of the fund from attachment as it is public property and the public stands to lose their assets if the same are attached. I also want to point out that comparative State organ such as the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has a similar provision to protect its assets."
