This amendment is assuming that NHIF will not be having creditors. I believe creditors are also entitled to recover their money in one way or the other. I do not know if we are trying to prevent the assets from being liquidated. Are we giving the creditors access to their bank accounts? This is because if there are suppliers who have supplied various items and have not been paid, they are surely entitled to look for their money either through the court or any other institution.
