I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 27− Amendment of the First Schedule to No. 9 of 1998. 27A. The First Schedule to the principal Act is amended in paragraph 6 by deleting the word “Minister” and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. This is just an issue about “Cabinet Secretary” (CS) and “Minister”."
