It involved a lot of consultations and so this is basically beginning afresh. With a paper already at Treasury, I hope that the process will be fast- tracked. But it is not up to us now. It is something that can be done collectively and the House can push. So the committees can push from their side to make sure that it is fast tracked. I really would want to see Members support proposals given by the technical side because our proposals are meant for the countryâs good in terms of ICT."
