Mbadi is proposing has something to do with the fact that sometimes when you are insured by one insurance agency, it limits your insurance in another area. Therefore, when you are insured by the NHIF, it should not then, in itself, impact or affect the other insurance. My only concern is sometimes it is good for us to harmonise.
