With this Bill, if it is assented to, that burden will be reduced. Let us not cheat ourselves that it will be eliminated. It will not. But the burden will be significantly reduced. With those many remarks, I want to plead with the House that we have done very well so far. Let us reduce unnecessary emotions and pass this Bill and have it assented to by the President. I support.
