    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. This is an improvement of previous Bills. It is going to repeal the Distress for Rent Act (Cap 293), the Rent Registration Act (Cap 296) and the Landlord and Tenants (Shops, Hotels and Catering Establishment) Act (Cap 303). I want to concern myself with the judicature part of this Bill, especially the establishment of the Rent Tribunal and its powers."
