In view of the fact that Questions under the stimulus package are coming here now and then, and Ministers have found a way of saying that it is the Ministry of Finance which is supposed to answer--- If you look at the Question under the Prime Minister’s Time, it is also on the stimulus package. Would I be in order to ask that since the Ministry concerned is that of Finance and it touches on money, all the matters under the stimulus package be directed to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance so that he can tell us where the money is?"
