The Chairman of the Departmental Committee for Labour and Social Welfare left specific instructions to me that I should be on the lookout for any business that will come to our Committee so that I can give an undertaking on his behalf for which, Hon. Speaker, with due respect, I should give because they are absent. They have just stepped out. Within two weeks, we will give a response to Hon. Kiarie, Member for Dagoretti South who has raised a very pertinent issue of child labour. All of us have children in our homes and we do not want them to be subjected to child labour"
