    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I am asking all Kenyans, especially the Turkana people to go and register; get an identity card and a voting card. Register en masse so that people know that there are many of us here and we can make an impact in elections. Otherwise, when you do not register, you do not get to vote and nobody recognizes you. When you do not get an identity card, nobody even knows you are alive in Kenya. Let us go for it people. Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker."
