    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. We ran out of time as I was contributing to this amendment. I wish to congratulate Sen. (Dr.) Ali for bringing this amendment, especially on human resource issues that affect our health sector in the counties. As I said earlier, in the last Senate, we discussed the issues of standards that should be returned back to the National Government because the standards in the counties have gone down. This is something we seriously need to look into."
