    "content": " Thank you, Hon Speaker. I want to support the first Petition because I know that prayers move mountains. However, setting a specific day as a National Prayer Day is not necessary. I think we should go and pray in our homes and everywhere else we can. With regard to the second Petition, I want to join Hon. Khatib Mwashetani. I believe that the sanctity of a title deed should be protected. One of my colleagues yesterday said that the titles were given in the air, and I wonder when titles are given in the air. Which titles are we talking about? The sanctity of a title should always be protected, and that is what titles are for."
