    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I must say that the way Hon. Rasso has put it is the way to go. Remember last week, when we were here in this House, even the Chairman and the Vice-Chair were not in this House. It shows this is just a petty issue when the people of Moyale or the Maasai people are dying and they want justice from the Government of Kenya where they belong. What we are saying is that we are making an amendment to this Report. I do not know what is really scaring the Chairman for him to bring such kind of statement at this hour when we are about to debate the Report. I think that is very unfair and unacceptable. The Chair of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security should bring those amendments instead of Hon. Rasso. I request you to let the Motion to go on."
