    "content": "In the spirit of carrying everyone along, I persuade my colleagues to approve the amendments. I am fully convinced that we should not allow the Report to go the way it is. It is skewed, biased, inefficient and lacks the substance that would eventually address the problems of Marsabit. If we carry along those amendments without bias, they will help the House and the country in terms of taming the problem of perennial insecurity in Marsabit."
