    "content": "The Committee visited Marsabit County. We had a town hall meeting. We met all the communities of Marsabit. We also met religious leaders and elders, women and the youth. As indicated in the Report, the Committee also invited the NCIC. The Committee invited the Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiang’I, to come and shed light on the issues of Marsabit County. When we visited Marsabit County, and the Committee met the county security team."
