Will I be in order to ask that you put the Question on this amendment, so that we can dispense with it and then Members can make contribution to the substance of the Report? We want to make contribution to the substance of the Report because what the Committee did is comprehensive and covers all the areas. Therefore, we want to dispense with this amendment, so that we can focus on the Report because it intends to delete the Report. Thank you."
