    "content": "Meanwhile, the Council has also been instructed to look for other measures of dealing with examination irregularities. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the KNEC Act was last reviewed in 1981 and you will agree with me that since then the examination environment has changed a great deal. Subsequently, I am in the process of comprehensively reviewing this Act to bring it in tandem with the changing environment. We will soon be tabling the same before this august House for action. Thank you."
