"content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. Examinations are there to help our students move to the next level. Some of them look for places outside this country and when we see news on cheating in exams being flashed in our media, it concerns us because it raises the question of validity and integrity of our certificates and, therefore, the need to stop cheating completely. First of all, of course, the banning of students for two years will not have been the best solution and I thank the Minister for withdrawing that. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish the Minister could tell us what concrete steps he is taking to ensure that cheating is completely stopped, especially at the KNEC and school level? It does not matter even if a child sneaks some material in some parts of the body that somebody may not be able to reach. If we have an invigilator in class, for the two and half hours or one hour, no student should be able to access that material. What concrete steps are you taking to ensure that come next year there will be nothing called cheating in this country?"
