Let us not give the law enforcement agencies opportunities to invade the privacy of people’s homes without a warrant. If it is a genuine lifestyle audit, there should not be a warrantless search. They should go to court. What is happening in our courts is that you can have a two paragraphs affidavit asking for a search warrant to go and search Sen. Wetangula’s house, without giving a proper explanation. Most of the time, the courts give these warrants, without looking at whether a case has been made out."
