    "content": "In response to the questions raised by the Member for Chepalungu, I therefore, rule as follows: 1. This House is currently at the stage set out in Section 33(4) of the Constitution of Kenya Review Act. There should be little dispute on this score. The House is currently seized of the documents tabled by the Parliamentary Select Committee on the Review of the Constitution on 2nd March, 2010. These documents are: The final Report of the Committee of Experts and the Revised Draft Constitution."
