    "content": "While I have absolutely no intention of questioning decisions made by this House, it is my view that the Report under question is an important one touching on matters security and has the potential of escalating matters of insecurity in that region. I want to thank you for exempting this matter even from Standing Order No.227(2) to allow debate on it. In my view, given the issues raised in the Report and the emotive nature as I have mentioned of matters related to security, I wish to request for more time for further consultation on this matter. In particular, there were a number of issues raised during debate."
